Amazing location near popular attractions and subway station. Spacious suites with separate bedroom and living area. Friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist with recommendations and reservations. Great breakfast buffet and a relaxing pool area on the top floor.
Lack of basic amenities like plates and cups in the kitchenette. Weak and unreliable internet connection in the rooms.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the Trianon-Masp subway station, making it convenient for exploring the city. It is also right off Paulista avenue, which is a popular area with lots of shopping and dining options. the hotel is close to Gurulhas International airport, making it easy to travel to and from. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a jacuzzi in the bathroom and a cozy bed. The service provided by the staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered is delicious and varied, providing a good start to the day.
The wifi signal in the rooms is weak, requiring guests to go to the lobby for a proper connection.

I had an amazing stay at this venue during my recent trip. The location of this hotel is simply fantastic as it is very close to the Metro station and just off Paulista avenue, providing easy access to many sightseeing places. The room amenities like heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi in rooms were quite luxurious and the staff at reception desk very friendly and helpful. The leisure facilities including sauna, swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi were spotless and inviting. The breakfast was amazing with great food and variety, and the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided excellent service.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning a trip here.
